Quebec City, host to the Final battle, Red Bull Crashed Ice

World Championship Final of Ice cross Downhill. A 540- meter urban ice track in Quebec City. Only 4,5 meters wide. A 60- meter vertical. Racers hit 60 km/h, in their battle to the bottom. 100 000 spectators!

The atmosphere was crazy in Quebec! Walking on Rue Saint Jean, one of Quebec’s main streets, I realized I had never seen so many people in this street. It was packed with people! Singing, laughing, it felt like we were celebrating the return of the Spring after a long cold winter. Quebec inhabitants are cheerful. They love sport. Which results in the success of this event, a good party that involves sport.

Nevertheless, the cold was still present, -10C, and 100 000 people were outside celebrating!

Honestly, its funny, this weekend, -10C and with the sunshine, I thought it was warm. Haha!

Its amazing how the human body can adapt to any kind of situation.
