Quebec recipe, grilled chicken sandwich with Brie and asparagus

You need:
4 slices of Brie cheese
1 chicken breast
1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce
8 asparagus
butter
homemade mayonnaise, garlic & lemon
1 Ciabatta bread 

Homemade mayo, garlic & lemon
2 table spoons of regular Mayo, add 1 garlic clove, a coffee spoon of  lemon zest, pepper and salt freshly crushed.

Sandwich, or “sous- marin”, like they call it:
Baste the chicken breast in teriyaki sauce. Fridge it.
Put the asparagus,with butter pepper and salt, enfolded in aluminium folie in the oven or on the barbecue, 5 minutes
Grill the chicken breast. Slice it.
Put ome homemade mayo on a ciabatta, chicken slices, asparagus and cheese.
