Veronique’s lemon pie

tarte au citronEasy, quick & delicious, like we love it!
1/ puff pastry
2/ on top :
100 gr of butter
150 gr of sugar (I use less – 100gr)
100 gr powdered (skinned) almonds (optional)
3 eggs
2 bio lemons

  1. Mix the eggs, the sugar, the lemon zest, the juice of half a lemon
  2. Add the warm melted butter
  3. Add the rest of the lemon juice
  4. Add the powdered almonds (optional)
  5. Pour into the prepared pan on puff pastry
  6. Cook for +/- 30 min, medium heat (+/- 180°), check the color
