Bring Mexico to you with these recipes!

Today I decided to share my Mexican recipes with you! 🙂

Guacamole
You need:
3 avocados
1 lime juice
salt & some oil
1/2 cup diced onion
3 tablespoons cilantro
2 diced tomatoes
1 tea spoon of garlic
a pinch of cayenne pepper

Squash with a fork the avocados with the lemon juice, the oil and some salt.
Add gently the onions, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic and cauyenne pepper.

Chili con carne de Tio Don!
You need
1 table spoon of butter
2 cups of diced onion
3 cloves of garlic
2Kg ground beef
a pound of bacon
2 table spoons of chili sauce
1 can of tomato paste(8oz)
4 cans of kidney beans (two red, two white)
1 can of diced tomatoes (28oz)
1 can of tomatoe puree (500ml)
3/4 of a cup of all bran céreals (optional)
half a cup of liquid beef broth (optional)
Worcester Lea & Perrins (optional)
nutmeg/ curry/ cayenne/ 3 cubes of chicken broth
and all the other spicies you can find in your cupboards! Be creative! 🙂

Onion in butter until transparent.
Add the meat, to pre- cook it a bit, because it will continue to cook in the sauce.
Add tomato paste, chili sauce, tomatoe cans, cover up and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Add beans, cereals and spices and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.

Serve with chilis, jalapenos and tabasco for the spicy lovers!
